NOTICE! Loading is the buyers responsibility (Furniture, appliances, etc, any item over 30lbs). Legacy Auction Company employees will not load or remove your items. If assistance is needed there will be a $20 (cash) per item surcharge payable to the employee who assisted you. Legacy Auction employees will still assist in locating and gathering any small items under 30lbs. 

If you wish to schedule a different pickup time or require us to transport the items to a different location, an additional fee will apply. This fee will vary based on the amount of items purchased. 

Please note that a 10% buyers premium will apply. Buyers premium is capped at $750 per lot.
